Where on the Cape do you work?

We are based in Brewster and most of our project signs can also be seen in Chatham, Dennis, Orleans, and Harwich. But we build and remodel anywhere on Cape Cod, from Provincetown to the bridges.

What’s the price per square foot to build on Cape Cod?

Your vision and unique needs will dictate the level of finishes and size of the project and ultimately the level of investment that you can expect. It’s best to design and develop architectural drawings within an overall budget in mind however referencing nationwide or even Cape Cod price per square foot averages could be very misleading. Custom home building and home remodeling pricing can vary greatly based on your needs and standards for quality and quantity. We’d be happy to review a preliminary or a developed set of drawings that you may have and discuss your vision and next steps. We’d be happy to also work with your architect and contribute to developing the plans to match your expectations.

What types of projects do you do?

What’s on your mind? If you can dream it, we can build it! We specialize in additions, whole-house renovations, building new homes, exterior living spaces to include decks, porches and hardscaping, kitchen renovations, and bathroom renovations. Do you dream of a widow’s walk with a waterfront view? Or a three-season porch to entertain guests? Something coastal or Chatham Chic?

How long will my construction project take?

Whether you are building a new home or remodeling an existing one, timing is as important as anything else. Most of our clients prefer to have work done in the offseason so they don’t miss out on an amazing Cape Cod summer. Whatever your specific needs are, we will work with you on drafting a construction schedule that fits your life schedule. We can also help you plan and organize your logistics.

This is our vacation home, how do we track construction progress remotely?

We grant you full-time access to a client portal on our construction management software Buildertrend. There you can track project progress, make selections, approve change orders, and have full project overview. We assign a full-time Project Manager on each project and your PM will be point of contact and will work with you closely on day-to-day activities throughout the Planning and Construction phases. We are confident that every one of our PMs brings plenty of industry knowledge and experience to be held accountable for client satisfaction and project success.
